Independent Freight, LLC is a local FTL transportation company, and is looking to hire dispatcher to join our team. This individual must be highly motivated and possess strong communication, sales, and computer skills. This job has the opportunity to grow within the company if motivated.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of DOT Regulations
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with drivers, customers and other Company staff
• Organization, Dependability, Listening, and Communication skills are all a must
• Able to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
• Comfortable with Computers, Systems, and logistics software
• Ability to take direction in order to achieve daily tasks
• Capability to produce a high volume of quality work with a sense of urgency
• Booking and selling on internet load boards. Negotiating is a must.
